Responsibilities Assist with framing, trim carpentry, and siding and windows to ensure precise and durable structures Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble materials according to project specifications Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute construction plans and measurements Perform heavy lifting and material handling to support various phases of construction work Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, and molding with attention to detail Prepare surfaces through plastering, caulking, or painting for finishing touches Skills Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, saws, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws) for various carpentry tasks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomics Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites and experience working with scaffolding or ladders Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills in a fast-paced construction environment!
