Foreman - Post Frame Construction (Pole Barns & Barndominiums) Location:Greensburg, IN Job Type:Full-Time Total Compensation Pay Range:$45.00-$53.00/hr Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Post Frame Construction Foreman with a strong background building pole barns and barndominiums and leading crews in the field.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has worked in post-frame construction and can confidently oversee projects from layout to completion.This is not an entry-level position.What You'll Do Lead and manage a crew on post-frame construction job sites Oversee the building of pole barns, barndominiums, and commercial/ag structures Read and interpret blueprints and perform jobsite layout Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards Train and mentor crew members while maintaining productivity Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily workflow Enforce jobsite safety and company expectations Required Qualifications Proven experience in post-frame (pole barn) construction Previous experience with a post-frame or similar construction company Leadership experience (Foreman, Leadman, or Crew Lead) Ability to read blueprints and manage layout independently Strong knowledge of framing, trusses, and steel installation Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Experience building barndominiums or pole barn structures Background in agricultural or commercial post-frame projects Experience managing crews of 3-4 team members What We're Looking For A leader who works alongside their crew and sets the standard Someone who takes ownership of the jobsite Strong work ethic and accountability Ability to keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Company provided benefits (medical, dental vision insurance, 401k) Steady, year-round work Opportunity for advancement within the company Company vehicle Job Type:Full-time Pay:$45.00 - $53.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
