Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor & Upholstery Cleaning Contractor to provide professional cleaning services for various commercial and residential clients.The ideal candidate will have experience in floor care and upholstery cleaning, ensuring spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work independently while delivering exceptional cleaning results.Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to restore shine and cleanliness.Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate methods and equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens.Clean and maintain upholstery, including sofas, chairs, and other fabric-covered furniture.Utilize janitorial and custodial supplies effectively to ensure thorough sanitation of all surfaces.Apply environmentally friendly cleaning products in accordance with safety guidelines.Maintain equipment such as buffers, extractors, and vacuums in good working condition.Follow established cleaning protocols to meet client specifications and safety standards.Document completed work and report any maintenance or repair needs.Experience Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is preferred.Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing.Experience with carpet cleaning methods such as steam extraction or dry cleaning.Background in custodial or environmental services is a plus.Familiarity with using professional cleaning equipment and environmentally safe products.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.This position is ideal for individuals passionate about maintaining clean environments through expert floor and upholstery care, contributing to a healthier and more inviting space for clients.Pay:$24.76 - $29.82 per hour Expected hours:20.0 - 40.0 per week Work Location:In person.
