We’re looking for a reliable, sharp, and mechanically inclined technician who wants steady work and long-term growth. REQUIREMENTS (READ FIRST – MUST MEET ALL) Valid driver’s license with a CLEAN driving record (last 3 years) Mechanically inclined (able to troubleshoot basic equipment or vehicle issues) Social and good with face to face communication Reliable and consistent (shows up on time, ready to work) Able to work 30–50 hours per week Physically capable (lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive work) If you do not meet these requirements, this position is not a fit. PAY & SCHEDULE $22.00 per hour starting Overtime available Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, ~8:15 AM – 5:00 PM 30–50 hours per week depending on workload WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Carpet and upholstery cleaning and repairs Bio Clean Up Water Extractions Operating and maintaining professional cleaning equipment Troubleshooting equipment and handling basic mechanical issues Keeping your company vehicle clean, stocked, and job-ready Providing professional customer service on-site Assisting with additional cleaning services when needed WHAT WE OFFER Company vehicle (no personal vehicle required for work) Paid training All equipment and supplies provided Paid time off after 90 days Consistent, year-round work Opportunities to grow into higher responsibility roles WHO THIS IS FOR This is a great fit for someone who: Likes hands-on work Can think and solve problems in the field Takes pride in doing things right Wants stability and growth, not just a temporary job HIRING IMMEDIATELY We are looking to bring someone on as soon as possible.
