This is not a show up and spray water job.We want someone who takes pride in their work, treats customers right, and wants to make real money.Pay & Compensation $20-$32 per hour equivalent depending on performance Performance Commission-based pay per job (higher effort = higher pay) Upsell bonuses on services like tile & grout, upholstery, pet treatment, and add-ons Consistent full-time schedule (no seasonal guessing games) Opportunity to move into lead tech or truck lead role as we scale to 6 trucks Top performers earn more.Period.What You'll Be Doing Residential and light commercial carpet cleaning Tile & grout cleaning Upholstery cleaning Setting up and breaking down equipment Communicating clearly with customers and recommending additional services when appropriate Keeping your truck, tools, and appearance clean and professional What We're Looking For Reliable and on time, every time Comfortable talking with customers and making recommendations Physically capable of working on your feet and lifting equipment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience is a plus, but not required if you're coachable and motivated This Job Is NOT For You If:You hate customer interaction You're allergic to hard work You want to clock in and hide You're constantly late or unreliable Why Carolina Green Steam?
