What You’ll Do Perform professional carpet, upholstery, tile, and floor cleaning services in residential and commercial settings using professional-grade equipment. Operate steam cleaners, extractors, rotary machines, and other cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Remove stains, odors, and dirt while helping restore carpets and flooring to their best condition. Assess cleaning needs on-site and recommend the best solutions for customers. Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude. Help maintain company equipment, vehicles, and supplies to ensure jobs run efficiently. Occasionally assist with additional cleaning or restoration-related tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For A strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Clean driving record required (must be insurable to drive company vehicles). Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work throughout the day. Flexibility to work some evening hours when needed to accommodate customer schedules. Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset. Experience in carpet cleaning, janitorial, floor care, or related services is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality work.
