Carrier Account Manager

A company is looking for a Carrier Account Manager to manage and grow carrier relationships across the EU and UK. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day commercial relationships with EU/UK carrier partners Identify opportunities for expansion and manage contract compliance and performance tracking Handle escalations and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and align priorities Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in partner management, account management, or commercial partnerships in logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS Background in strategic relationship management with understanding of carrier networks Experience with EU or UK carriers and familiarity with international logistics dynamics Experience working with commercial agreements and building relationships within large organizations Moderate technical fluency and comfortable with API documentation
