Carrier Login Specialist

Job DescriptionJob Description This position will support and work in conjunction with the licensing and contracting team. Each carrier represented by the agency will require carrier portal access by agent / account managers. The carrier login team facilitates this access by establishing user credentials with each respective carrier and communicating same to the employee. In addition, the carrier login specialist will trouble shoot user access issues and resolve same in a timely manner. In conjunction, administrative documents or support may be requested by carriers. This may include W-9, agent and agency licenses, POAs, background check forms, etc. The individual in this position will also be trained on incoming call screening and distribution as a member of the primary incoming call team. Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $19–$20 hourly Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
