About the Opportunity: The Case Analyst I - Bilingual is responsible for analyzing case files and data to ensure accurate processing of academic credentials. This role involves applying foundational knowledge of credential evaluation methodology to make informed decisions on standard cases. The position supports operational efficiency by reviewing records, assessing credentials, and verifying information, contributing to effective coordination across departments and stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Process files from multiple educational regions. Determine if documents meet established documentation requirements. Process applications within set timeframes, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Verify that academic information provided matches supporting documents. Develop understanding of various education systems and their documentation policies. Gain familiarity with the full credential evaluation process and related dependencies. Maintain security and privacy of applicant information. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Fluency in English and ability to read and comprehend documents in German and/or French (speaking is not required). 1+ years preferred experience in credential processing and monitoring. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new IT systems. Ability to learn and apply protocols for evaluating educational credentials. Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work remotely with effective digital communication.
