Position Overview The Case Coordinator is a fully remote administrative position responsible for managing workers’ compensation cases through high volume phone communication, scheduling, and accurate documentation. This role is phone heavy — most of your day will be spent making outgoing calls to patients, providers, and insurance carriers. Streamline provides all equipment, including a company computer and phone. Because this role involves continuous phone communication and access to protected health information, employees must maintain a private, quiet, distraction‑free workspace for the entire shift and be able to work without ongoing personal or dependent‑care interruptions during scheduled work hours. All new hires join Streamline as a Level 1 Case Coordinator at $17/hr. We promote from within, and advancement is possible as early as six months based on performance. ________________________________________ Responsibilities Ability to work scheduled hours without responsibility for caregiving or dependent supervision during the workday Make outgoing calls to schedule appointments and obtain case updates Answer limited inbound calls from claimants, adjusters, and providers Review medical records and referral forms for completeness Coordinate appointments for imaging, therapy, and specialist services Verify claimant details and update internal case notes in real time Upload documents, send follow ups, and communicate professionally by phone and email Work across multiple platforms (Outlook, Teams, internal software, voicemail systems) Maintain accuracy, speed, and clear documentation in a highvolume workflow Uphold all HIPAA and confidentiality requirements Other duties as assigned. ________________________________________ Schedule & Availability This role is full‑time, Monday through Friday. Schedules are assigned based on the employee’s time zone to ensure business coverage across all U.S. time zones. Typical shifts fall within 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM in a particular time zone. All schedules are designed to support coverage between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM across U.S. time zones. Exact schedules are confirmed prior to hire based on business needs and time zone alignment. ________________________________________ Requirements High School Diploma or GED Administrative or medical office experience preferred Call center, scheduling, or workers’ comp experience helpful Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment Must reside within the U.S. (excluding NY, WA, DC, OR) Ability to maintain a private, uninterrupted workspace ________________________________________ Preferred Skills Typing speed 60 WPM (typing test required) Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Experience with Adobe Acrobat or similar tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines ________________________________________ Why Work With Us?
