Case Entry Specialist

A company is looking for a Case Entry Specialist to support healthcare operations by transcribing client data into electronic formats. Key Responsibilities Transcribe information from clients' EMRs into required electronic format and check for accuracy Monitor shared inboxes and internal request dashboards, documenting incoming communications Export and upload documents within the proprietary system and assist other departmental functions as needed Required Qualifications and Education High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Prior knowledge of accessing hospital EMRs preferred Experience working with Salesforce is a plus Proficient in relevant computer applications such as Outlook and MS Teams Ability to maneuver between multiple screens efficiently
