Job Description
Shane Smith Law is seeking a highly organized and process-driven professional to support the leadership of our Case Management department. This is not a general administrative or receptionist role. This position directly supports operational reporting, workflow accountability, and quality control within a fast-paced personal injury law firm. We are looking for someone who thrives in structured environments, is comfortable tracking metrics and deadlines, and enjoys helping teams stay organized and efficient. Key Responsibilities Maintain and track departmental KPIs and reporting dashboards Assist with quality control audits and checklist compliance reviews Monitor case progression milestones and flag delays or gaps Support onboarding and training coordination Process and monitor withdrawal-related documentation workflows Maintain internal tracking systems and reporting logs Prepare documentation and reports for leadership meetings Coordinate scheduling and internal communications Identify inefficiencies and suggest workflow improvements Provide administrative and operational support to Case Management leadership Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of administrative or support experience Experience tracking reports, metrics, or compliance-related items Strong written and verbal communication skills High digital proficiency and comfort learning new software systems Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a structured, fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Preferred Qualifications Experience in a law firm or professional services environment Experience supporting managers or leadership teams Bachelor’s degree What This Role Is Not This is not a front desk or entry-level filing position.
