Applications are reviewed during designated hiring quarters Selection into a cohort does not guarantee immediate client assignment Service delivery may begin at the end of the quarter once all credentialing and compliance steps are complete This role is best suited for professionals who understand Medicaid timelines and can commit to a structured onboarding process. Role Purpose The Case Manager Doula role exists to support pregnant women and children enrolled in the C.A.R.E.S. Program by providing non-clinical case management, care coordination, and advocacy, while ensuring services are delivered in alignment with Texas Medicaid requirements and AEIC program standards. This role is designed for doulas who can work independently, maintain documentation integrity, and serve as a trusted navigator for families. Eligibility Requirements (HHSC-Aligned) Applicants must meet one of the following pathways as determined by HHSC. Pathway 1 Certified doula aligned with nationally
