Job Description
Congregate Supported Housing for people living with HIV/AIDS in lower Manhattan seeks Full-Time Case Manager/Substance Abuse Counselor.Qualifications include:BSW or related Bachelor's degree in Counseling.Minimum of one year case management related experience in human services with special needs/HIV population.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, case management, counseling, and facilitation of access to appropriate services.All clients are onsite and your own private office.Job Type:Full-time Job Type:Full-time Pay:Up to $34,000.00 per year Benefits:Health insurance Paid time off Education:Bachelor's (Required) Experience:Case management:1 year (Required) Work Location:In person.
