Job Description
The primary objective is to service cashiers as well as count, control and deposit Company funds. In addition, this position includes monitoring the Company’s multiline phone system. This position reports directly to the Payroll Manager. Application Requirements: Must be flexible in regards to scheduling (including night and weekend availability). Must have basic clerical skills, an understanding of balancing procedures, and previous experience dealing with money. Must possess strong telephone etiquette. Should possess clear and concise handwriting. Knowledge of personal computers, word processing and multiline phone system is helpful. Skill Summary: Must possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, an ability to interact with a variety of people, computer knowledge, and able to perform multiple tasks at one time. Banking and/or mathematical skills are preferred but not required. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
