Cashier and boba barista

Job Overview We are looking for a friendly, reliable, efficient, and hardworking team member to join our store as a Cashier and Boba Barista. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality drinks efficiently, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and take orders accurately and efficiently Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions Prepare bubble tea and other beverages according to company recipes in a timely manner Cook tapioca pearls and prepare ingredients daily Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and dining area Restock supplies and assist with inventory Follow food safety and hygiene standards Support team members during busy hours in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: . Positive attitude and strong communication skills Efficient and able to multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented Previous cashier or food service experience preferred (but not required) * Growth Opportunity Employees who perform well and demonstrate leadership and efficiency may be promoted to Assistant Manager or Store Manager based on performance.
