THIS POSITION WILL RECEIVE TIPS IN ADDITION TO THE HOURLY WAGE BETWEEN 3-5 DOLLARS AN HOUR Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and cash handling with precision and integrity Assist with food preparation tasks, including basic food handling, assembly, and presentation Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and food prep zones Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage front-of-house responsibilities such as bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and ensuring a tidy environment Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurant, or retail environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory counts Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing time efficiently Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Must have reliable transportation Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
