Job SummaryJoin our dynamic team as a Cashier/Assemble, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while efficiently managing sales transactions and product assembly.This energetic position combines the fast-paced environment of retail sales with hands-on product setup, ensuring customers leave satisfied and eager to return.Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere, drive sales through upselling and product demos, and maintain an organized, well-stocked store environment.Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process customer transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments Provide friendly, professional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging additional sales through upselling techniques Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are presented attractively Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and alerting management of low inventory levels Support assembly tasks by putting together products or displays as needed to enhance store presentation Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Prior supervising experience in retail or grocery store environments is a plus Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory management Strong communication skills in both bilingual (if applicable) and clear verbal interactions with customers and team members Experience in product demos, upselling, merchandising, and stock organization Knowledge of grocery store operations and retail sales techniques Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and patience under pressure Join us to be part of a vibrant team that thrives on delivering top-notch service while creating an engaging shopping environment.Your energy and dedication will make a difference every day!
