Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Cashier/Customer Service professional to join our team in a small town liquor store. You will be the welcoming face of our store providing exceptional service to customers while efficiently handling transactions. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a positive shopping experience, encouraging repeat visits. **Must be 18+, able to count drawer, reliable. Part time with flexibility to increase hours over time. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, including recommendations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure products are attractive and accessible Support inventory management through stocking, product rotation, and inventory counts Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers Skills Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures Prior supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and stock management Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of merchandising, stocking Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and retail calculations Join us in creating a vibrant shopping environment where every customer feels valued!
