Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cashier/FOH (Front of House) Manager to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be the friendly face of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service while managing daily operations.You will oversee cashiering duties, food service, and front-of-house management to create a welcoming environment for our guests.Your leadership will help maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and efficient service, all while supporting sales growth through upselling and excellent customer interactions.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced food industry setting.Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, prompt service throughout their visit Handle cashiering duties accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, including cash handling and processing payments Assist with food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met Manage front-of-house operations, including seating arrangements, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation Support sales initiatives by upselling menu items and promoting specials to enhance guest experience and revenue Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Supervise team members, delegate tasks efficiently, and foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Strong cashiering skills with proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic demeanor Knowledge of food preparation, food safety practices, and sanitation protocols Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and order calculations Experience in culinary tasks or kitchen experience is a plus for supporting food prep duties Familiarity with serving in caf or retail environments within the food industry Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your enthusiasm and dedication will directly impact guest experiences!
