Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions quickly and accurately Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity Upsell products and provide product demos to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, restocking supplies as needed Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are well-presented Communicate effectively with customers using phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing assistance Qualifications Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment preferred Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures Excellent communication skills and friendly phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team Ability to perform retail math calculations confidently and efficiently Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service!
