Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales transactions quickly and efficiently Greet customers warmly, offering assistance and product information as needed Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision Upsell products and suggest additional items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Conduct product demos when applicable to showcase features and benefits to customers Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store looks inviting Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining phone etiquette during inquiries Skills Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate cash handling Previous supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team Ability to perform retail math for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts Strong communication skills in both bilingual (if applicable) and clear verbal interactions Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments preferred Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and product demos enhances performance Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
