Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Order Taker to join our team in a quick service fast food restaurant. As an Order Taker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking the time to understand their needs and preferences. Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing a point-of-sale (POS) system to input orders. Assist customers with menu choices, answering questions about ingredients and preparation methods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared according to customer specifications. Manage cash and credit transactions with precision and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized workspace Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Requirements Basic math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash and credit. Experience in a grocery store, restaurant, or quick service fast food environment. Familiarity with food preparation and culinary practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Strong communication and sales skills to engage with customers and promote menu items. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. -English and Spanish languages are the most commonly get hired.
