We are seeking a motivated and dependable Cashier / Retailer to join our team! The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and great customer service skills. As a Retailer / Cashier , you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer experiences, handling cashier duties, and assisting with store operations, including inventory and merchandising. This role is cross-trained between cashier and deli departments, giving associates a variety of responsibilities and opportunities to grow. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. Retail Sales / Cashier Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers while providing a positive shopping experience Perform cashier duties, including POS operations, handling various forms of payment, and maintaining accurate cash levels Maintain clean, organized, stocked, and properly rotated shelves and displays Assist in accepting deliveries, unpacking, stocking, and rotating merchandise Cross-train to support deli operations when needed Uphold cleanliness standards, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time Retail Sales / Cashier Requirements: At least 1 year of cash-handling experience required Must be 18 years or older Evening and weekend availability required Reliable transportation to Traverse City, MI If you’re ready to bring your energy, reliability, and customer service skills to our team, apply today for this Retail Sales / Cashier opportunity!
