Ride Attendants:Operate alpine coaster, ensuring the safety of all guests - Ride Attendants:Assist guests with boarding and exiting rides - Ride Attendants/Cashiers:Enforce height, weight, and age restrictions for each ride - Ride Attendants/Cashiers:Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns - Ride Attendants/Maintenance:Monitor ride equipment for any malfunctions or safety hazards - Cashiers:Handle cash transactions for ride tickets or other purchases - Ride Attendants/Cashiers/Maintenance:Maintain cleanliness and organization of ride areas and gift shop - Ride Attendants/Cashiers:Assist with crowd control during peak times or special events Requirements - Excellent public speaking and communication skills Ability to work well with children and provide a positive experience for young guests Cash handling experience is a plus (Cashiers) Strong conflict management skills to handle guest disputes or difficult situations Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional guest services Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions for extended periods of time Opportunity for advancement to higher roles:Shift Lead, Assistant ManagerWe offer flexibility to work around school or work schedules where possible.Join our team today and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests at the Flathead Lake Alpine Coaster!
