Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions swiftly and securely Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and organizing displays to keep the store inviting and well-maintained Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers Support team members through supervising experience when needed, ensuring smooth daily operations Cashiers are cross trained in all areas of the store and required to help where needed Experience Prior cashiering experience in a retail is not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Basic math skills necessary for handling cash transactions confidently and accurately Join us in creating an energetic shopping atmosphere where every customer leaves satisfied!
