In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions accurately, and assisting customers with their product needs.Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help create a welcoming environment where shoppers feel valued and inspired to explore our wide range of products.This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop retail skills, showcase your sales talents, and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence.Verifiable Smoke Shop experience is a must Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, including product recommendations and demonstrations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods while maintaining proper cash handling procedures Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current products Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to ensure a well-presented store environment Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support the team with basic retail math calculations for transactions and inventory management Use strong communication skills to resolve customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally Experience Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar retail environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in guiding team members or managing tasks effectively Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer populations better Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math enhances your effectiveness in this role Experience conducting product demos or upselling can significantly boost sales performance Strong customer service skills combined with excellent phone etiquette will help foster positive interactions Knowledge of merchandising, stocking techniques, and grocery store operations is advantageous Must have smoke shop experience with references Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our success!
