Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with integrity and attention to detail Assist customers with product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance their purchase experience Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are attractively presented Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and merchandising updates Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support remotely Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth store operations Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Prior supervising experience is a plus for guiding team members during busy shifts Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and stock counts Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities to serve diverse customers Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and inventory management in a retail or grocery store setting Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication standards in retail environments Basic math skills for handling transactions confidently and accurately Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels success!
