Employee must be able to work the day or night shift Monday thru Sunday 4 plus days a week`` Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the cash register or Aloha POS system Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner Ensure tables are clean and properly set before seating new customers Handle cash transactions and process payments using the cash register or POS system Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and menus Assist with food preparation and handling as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery ```Requirements``` Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in handling cash transactions and operating a cash register or POS system Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus Basic math skills for handling sales transactions and calculating change accurately Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
