Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Service Associate to join our team at our newest location in Old Naples.You will be greeting guest and taking orders VERY simple but it gets busy.We need someone to maintain a welcoming personality in high volume times.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, is personable, is kind and is experience in the food service world or similar settings. Duties Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries Upsell products and promote store promotions or product demos to enhance sales Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Ensure proper phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or store communications Support supervising staff during busy periods and assist in training new team members when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area for a professional appearance Experience Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math skills for handling transactions accurately Experience in supervising or leading a team is advantageous but not required Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer engagement techniques Pay:$20.89 - $25.15 per hour Work Location:In person.
