Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them with their purchases Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions Maintain a clean and organized checkout area Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are neatly arranged Experience with NYS lotto and lottery is a must have Skills Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Experience in technical sales is a plus Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Familiarity with sales techniques and cash handling procedures Join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier and be part of a dynamic retail environment where your skills will be valued and developed.
