Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately. Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product demos to enhance their shopping experience. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity. Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented. Upsell products by recommending relevant items to meet customer needs and boost sales. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or taking orders over the phone. Support the team by supervising new staff or trainees when needed, sharing best practices for customer service excellence. Requirements Previous experience with POS systems and cash handling is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Proven customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory counts. Experience in retail sales, merchandising, stocking, or grocery store environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous for supporting team operations. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally.
