Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and swiftly Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information with enthusiasm Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Assist customers with food and menu items. Maintain stock levels by stocking utensils, cups, bags, organizing displays, and ensuring food is packaged correctly and accurately Upsell products by highlighting promotions and recommending additional items to enhance customer satisfaction Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when taking orders or answering inquiries from remote customers Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering; supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math calculations Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays efficiently Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of food operations or experience in a retail environment is advantageous Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail skills while delivering memorable food experiences.
