Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the checkout counter and surrounding areas Answer customer inquiries and provide product information Assist with inventory, management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product availability Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers Requirements: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred Knowledge of electronics, technical sales Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills are essential Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
