Position We’re looking for an experienced Cashier / Front of House Team Member to join our growing team in West Harlem near City College. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Take orders accurately through POS system Handle cash, card, and mobile payments Assist with online, pickup, and delivery orders Prepare smoothies and beverages according to recipes and standards Assemble bowls with attention to presentation and consistency Maintain ingredient quality and ensure food always looks fresh and appealing Maintain cleanliness and organization of front counter and dining area Restock beverages, packaging, and front-of-house supplies Communicate clearly with kitchen team during busy periods Support daily restaurant operations as needed Qualifications Hospitality or cashier experience required Strong communication and multitasking skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Able to follow systems, rules, and operational procedures Detail-oriented with pride in food presentation and cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and timely — attendance is very important and lateness will not be tolerated Flexible schedule preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Growth opportunities into shift lead and management positions Health benefits available for qualified employees Supportive and growth-focused work environment Job Type Full-time / Part-time Location West Harlem, Manhattan — near City College To Apply Please send your resume along with a short introduction and availability.
