OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team.This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions and maintaining a welcoming environment.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.They also cannot be afraid to get their hands a little dirty! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.Maintain an organized checkout area and ensure it is stocked with necessary supplies.Assist in restocking shelves and managing inventory levels as needed.Provide support to customers by answering questions about products, services, and promotions.Maintain a clean and orderly environment within the store.Utilize phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone when necessary.Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.Familiarity with stock management and inventory practices is a plus.Experience with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems.Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively sell products and services.A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.Join us in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while growing your career in retail!
