Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and friendly Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our retail team! In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to customers while efficiently handling transactions. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, including product demos and inquiries Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments while handling cash responsibly Upsell products and suggest additional items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure a clean, inviting shopping environment Perform stocking duties as needed, including inventory checks and replenishing merchandise Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer questions or assisting via phone calls Assist with basic retail math calculations for transactions, discounts, and promotions Support team members with supervising experience by helping train new staff or guiding less experienced colleagues Qualifications Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
