Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and friendly Cashier/Stocker to join our retail team.You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers while also ensuring that our store is well-stocked and organized.The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.Responsibilities Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by keeping shelves stocked and maintaining cleanliness.Ensure that all products are properly labeled and priced.If a cashier role is given, operate the cash register efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately.Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales tracking.Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.Experience in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.Experience in cash handling and operating a cash register.Knowledge of retail math to assist with inventory management.Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls or inquiries.Supervisory skills are a plus, especially in training new employees.Join our team as a Cashier/Stocker where you can grow your skills in a dynamic team setting!
