Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and appreciatedmust have more than one year in cashiering Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions swiftly and efficiently Greet customers warmly, providing excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed * Support store operations by performing basic retail math calculations for transactions and inventory counts Experience Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly valued to connect with diverse customers effectively Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is advantage Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via digital communication Basic math skills are essential for accurately processing transactions and managing inventory counts This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail skills while making a positive impact on our customers’ shopping experience.
