Position:Casino Attendant Department:Slot Department Primary Responsibilities:(guest interaction, ordering responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.) Act as a customer service representative while on the gaming floor. Distribute change to guests as needed. Respond to jackpots, paper fills and repair slot machines when needed. Knowledgeable on the slot layout and services available Knowledgeable on all casino promotions. Knowledgeable on Players Club rewards program. Issue new and replacement players cards as needed.Secondary Responsibilities: Greets all customers Maintains accurate service logs when entering a machine Performs job duties in a manner that complies with department and Gaming Enterprise internal controls, policies, and procedures as well as federal and state gaming laws, ordinances, and regulations. Consistently interacts with the guests in a friendly and helpful manner. Maintains a clean, safe, and hazard free work environment within their area of responsibility. Performs slot drop..
