Job OverviewJoin our dynamic team as a Casino Cashier, working evening hours from 5:00 pm to 3:30 am, Thursday through Sunday.In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face of our casino, responsible for accurately handling cash transactions, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining organized financial records.Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a smooth gaming experience for our guests while supporting the operational excellence of our casino environment.Duties Process cash transactions for gaming chips, tickets, and other monetary exchanges with precision and efficiency Verify and count cash using basic math skills and 10-key typing to ensure accuracy in all transactions Maintain organized cash drawers and reconcile daily cash flow with banking procedures Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting guests with their transactions and answering their questions professionally Handle casino chips, tickets, and cash with integrity, adhering to all security protocols Support retail math calculations for payouts, jackpots, or promotional activities as needed Keep detailed records of all financial exchanges, ensuring compliance with casino policies and procedures Qualifications Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a casino or retail cashier role is preferred but not required Basic math proficiency and familiarity with cash handling procedures Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests Ability to operate 10-key typing devices efficiently and accurately Experience with banking or cashiering systems is a plus Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold security standards in cash handling Embark on a rewarding career where your attention to detail and enthusiasm make every guest's experience memorable!
