Catcher - Screen Print Production $16.00/hr $2.00 2nd Shift Premium ($18.00/hr total) 2nd Shift:2:00 PM - 10:30 PM THE ROLE The Catcher is an entry-level production role that keeps our screen-print line moving.As garments exit the dryer at the end of the conveyor, you'll be responsible for catching, inspecting, folding, and stacking them accurately and efficiently.This is a physically active role that is critical to our production throughput and quality -- no experience required, just reliability and a willingness to learn.WHAT YOU'LL DO Catch finished garments as they exit the conveyor dryer at the end of the print line Inspect each piece for print quality, including ink coverage, placement, and smearing Fold and stack garments neatly according to job specifications and client standards Organize completed output by size, color, or SKU as directed by the production team Communicate any quality issues or misprints to the press operator immediately Maintain a clean and organized catch station throughout the shift Support the broader production team with general tasks as needed Help meet daily production goals while upholding quality standards WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR No prior screen-printing experience required -- we'll train you Reliable, punctual, and ready to work a consistent 2nd shift schedule Able to stand for extended periods and keep pace with a moving production line Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle repetitive physical tasks Strong attention to detail -- you'll be the last set of eyes before garments are counted and shipped Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a fast-paced team High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required WORK ENVIRONMENT Production and light manufacturing setting Exposure to inks, heat, and industrial dryer equipment Repetitive motion and extended standing throughout the shift Team-oriented environment with opportunities to learn more and grow COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE $16.00/hr base $2.00/hr 2nd shift premium = $18.00/hr total 2nd Shift:Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Pay:$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
