Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients to support culinary teams. Pack and organize catering orders meticulously to ensure accuracy and presentation quality for events. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including counters, prep stations, and storage spaces. Support banquet setups by organizing supplies and assisting with event packing logistics. Follow food handling safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of prep and packing tasks for multiple events. Requirements Previous experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments is preferred. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently. Experience with dishwashing (bussing), food preparation, and general kitchen duties. Strong organizational skills to manage packing and event setup efficiently. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with culinary staff and event coordinators. A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service.
