Team members help prepare food service areas, assist guests during events, maintain clean buffet stations, support banquet operations, and keep service running smoothly from setup through final cleanup. Qualifications Previous catering, banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred. Strong guest service skills and professional communication are important for this role. Comfort working in fast paced environments with active guest interaction throughout the shift. Ability to stay organized while handling multiple service tasks during busy event periods. Professional appearance and positive attitude while working around guests and clients. Food handler permits or alcohol service permits may be required depending on the assignment. Reliable attendance and punctual arrival for scheduled events. Confidence working closely with catering captains, banquet teams, kitchen staff, and event managers. Responsibilities Assist with catering setup before guests arrive, including buffet stations, serving areas, tables, and beverage displays. Help serve food and beverages during corporate events, receptions, banquets, and private functions. Keep buffet lines clean, stocked, organized, and visually presentable throughout service periods. Clear used plates, cups, utensils, and disposable items from guest areas during the event. Support banquet and catering teams with food replenishment and service coordination. Carry trays, move catering supplies, organize service equipment, and assist with event logistics as needed. Maintain clean back-of-house areas to help service operations run efficiently. Assist with event breakdown by packing supplies, removing trash, cleaning stations, and resetting venue areas. Follow venue safety standards and sanitation procedures during active service hours. Provide friendly and professional service to guests throughout the entire event experience.
