Compensation, Availability & Benefits Competitive pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education Part‑time start: 15–20 hours per week to begin Path to full‑time: Opportunity to grow into full‑time hours depending on center needs and your availability Flexible scheduling to support work–life balance Mileage reimbursement for all work‑related travel Paid drive time between client locations Paid orientation and paid training Professional development assistance and ongoing learning opportunities Opportunities for advancement as our center continues to grow Referral program with bonus potential A supportive, culturally responsive team that values compassion, respect, and growth Qualifications High School Diploma required Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or a related field (not required) Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation Must pass a TB test Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance Spanish speaker strongly needed Job Requirements (but not limited to): Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by supervising BCBAs Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress during each session Support ABA treatment programs by following protocols and reinforcing skill‑building goals Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Collaborate as a team — work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to support meaningful outcomes Maintain professional and ethical standards by following HIPAA, mandated reporting laws, and all company policies Location: We are currently looking to hire in and around the following areas: Los Angeles County Inglewood, Lennox, View Park–Windsor Hills, Ladera Heights, Hawthorne, Westmont, West Athens, El Segundo, Lawndale, Alondra Park, Gardena, Willowbrook, Walnut Park, Huntington Park, Westwood
