Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated CDA Certified Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. Your expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and child welfare will help foster a love of learning and support each child's unique growth journey. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring smooth transitions and effective behavior management strategies Support children with special educational needs through early intervention techniques and individualized attention Foster strong communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor learning outcomes and tailor instruction accordingly Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development Requirements Valid CDA (Child Development Associate) certification Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including toddler care and private school environments Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management, and behavior management strategies Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring activities Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Ability to implement Montessori methods or other educational philosophies as appropriate for the classroom setting Join us to inspire young minds through innovative teaching practices while supporting their growth every step of the way!
