Job Title: CDL A OR CDL B Driver (Manual Transmission) Location: Austin, TX Job Type: 1099 Full-Time Driver Salary: We like rewarding our drivers for their hard-work and dedication, so we pay our drivers by the ton, instead of by the hour, to ensure that their efforts are compensated. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable CDL A or CDL B Driver with experience driving manual transmission super-dumps to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting materials such as sandy loam, concrete sand, milling, haul-offs, etc, to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities: Operate CDL A or CDL B vehicles with manual transmission in a safe and efficient manner. Transport goods to designated locations, ensuring on-time deliveries. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers. Load and unload cargo as needed. Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report any issues to the maintenance team. Requirements: Valid CDL A or CDL B license with a clean driving record. Proven experience driving manual transmission vehicles. Ability to operate and navigate a commercial vehicle safely. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. High school diploma or equivalent. English proficiency preferred.
