Class A drivers get home weekly (almost always weekends) while earning $1980-$2040/WK with full benefits and a sign on bonus. We also welcome a rider and a pet your 3–5-day training on the account which pays $280/Day. Earn $1.39/Mile and $10/stop. This is a company driving position with full benefits and is w-2 and that is the correct mileage pay. Drivers are guaranteed $1400/WK for the first 60 days or their mileage and stop pay – whichever is greater – for first 60 days. Drivers will receive a .01CPM pay increase every 6 months to max of $1.43CPM Pick ups are hook and go at DC and deliveries are hand unloaded by driver onto rollers that take the boxes into the store. The driver is ONLY responsible for placing the boxes are on the rollers and ensuring they go into the store. Drivers will make deliveries in OH, MI, IN, KY, PA, WV, MD, NY and VT Quarterly safety bonus that comes to $600-$800/Quarter Full benefits include medical, dental, 401K with matching and PTO. Drivers train on the account for 4-5 days and earn $280/Day during training After training you are encouraged to bring a pet or a rider. Drivers take their newer model Freightliner or International home with them as long as you have a secure place to park Running Requirements: At least 6 months of Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (No more than 9 jobs in the last 3 years) No Failed or Refused DOT Drug Tests (Including SAP program completion) No Terminations from your last driving job Clean Driving Record o Max of 2 moving violations in the last 12 months (or 3 in the last 36 months) o Max of 2 seat belt violations in the last 24 months o No speeding violations over 11-14 mph above the limit in the last 12 months o No pending violations o No more than 2 Out of Service Violations in the last year o No serious offenses in the last 3 years (e.g., leaving the scene of an accident, fatal accidents, etc.) Clean Accident Record : o No DOT Recordable Preventable Accidents in the last 12 months o No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 12 months, and no more than 4 accidents (preventable or non-preventable) in the same period o All DOT-recordable preventable accidents in the last 3 years must have an accident report No Felonies in the last 5 years
