We are a high-performance OTR fleet looking for professional drivers who want to clear 3,200+ miles a week without being micro-managed or held back by slow equipment. 100% No-touch freight. You choose your trailer, you choose your pay. THE PAY SCALE (1099 Position) REEFER: $0.75 CPM | $2,400 – $2,700 Avg. Weekly Gross. DRY VAN: $0.70 CPM | $2,250 – $2,450 Avg. Weekly Gross. ALL MILES PAID: Empty or Loaded. No unpaid "deadhead." Settlements: Direct Deposit every Friday—no delays. Extras: $150 Layover | $25/hr Detention (after 2 hrs). MILEAGE & OPERATIONAL FREEDOM We focus on driver profitability. To hit 3,700 miles , you need a truck that can move and a dispatch team that respects your clock. No Forced Dispatch: 24/7 professional support. We work with you, not against you. Home Time: Flexible. 2 weeks out / 2 days off OR 3 weeks out / 4 days off. PREMIUM 2024–2027 EQUIPMENT Your truck is your office and your home. We provide late-model, permanently assigned units (Take them home for your reset). Fleet: Volvo 760/860 & Freightliner Cascadia (Maximum 3 years old). Amenities: APU, Power Inverter, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Tablet. Perks: Pets welcome from Day 1. EZ Pass, Pre-Pass , and Pilot/Flying J cards provided. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS We have a fast-track orientation—qualified drivers can be dispatched within 4 hours of arrival. Experience: 1.5+ years of verifiable OTR experience (License must show 2+ years). Testing: Standard DOT Urine Screen ONLY (No Hair Follicle testing). Stability: Max 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
