CDL-A OTR Truck Driver

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused CDL-A Over-the-Road (OTR) Drivers to join our growing transportation team. Drivers will operate late-model tractor-trailers across regional and nationwide routes while ensuring timely and safe delivery of freight. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and committed to maintaining DOT compliance and excellent customer service standards. Compensation & Benefits Competitive weekly pay: $1,500–$1800+ depending on experience CPM pay structure and performance bonuses Weekly direct deposit Paid orientation and training Flexible home time options Rider and pet policy available Well-maintained equipment with 24/7 dispatch support Responsibilities Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations Transport freight across assigned OTR routes Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate electronic logs and trip documentation Secure cargo and verify load information Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Handle live loads, unloads, and scheduled deliveries professionally Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Equipment Freightliner Cascadia Dry Van Automatic transmissions available ELD-equipped trucks APUs and inverters included Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 1 year OTR driving experience preferred Clean MVR and safe driving record Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations Strong time management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with live loads/unloads Experience operating in multiple states and varying weather conditions Schedule Typical OTR schedule: 2–3 weeks out / 3–5 days home Consistent miles available Average 2,500–3,000 miles weekly Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,800.00 per week Work Location: In person
